What areas of Queensland do you service?

We currently service the Toowoomba, Warwick and Darling Downs region. We offer remote Support Coordination Services to all of Queensland.

What areas of Western Australia do you service?

Our WA team currently services Perth and Avon Valley regions. We offer remote Support Coordination Services to all of WA.

What areas of New South Wales do you service?

Our NSW team currently services the following areas:
For support workers the areas are ‘Baulkham Hills’, ‘Hornsby’ and ‘Ermington’. 

For support coordination, ‘Gosford, lower central coast, and Sydney wide’ along with remote Support Coordination Services to all of NSW.

What qualifications and clearances do your support staff hold?

All support staff are required to have the following:

  • Blue Card / Working With Childrens Check
  • Yellow Card / NDIS Workers Screeners Check
  • Drivers Licence and own vehicle
  • NDIS Quality & Safeguards Support Worker Orientation Module
  • NDIS Quality & Safeguards Effective Communication Module
  • NDIS Quality & Safeguards Mealtime Management Module
  • COVID-19 Infection Prevention Training
  • PPE Training
  • First-Aid

Some of our support staff have received Medication Training and Mental Health First Aid Training. Along with some of support staff completing certificates in Disability, Community Service

What happens once I reach out to YWSS for services?

One of our friendly admin team will be in touch to set up a meeting with one of our managers. At the meeting our managers will go through all of your service requirements and work out with you if YWSS is the best fit for your needs. If we are, we will create a service delivery package and start our services with you. If either yourself or YWSS feels we aren’t the right fit we can recommend other service providers to you.

What NDIS Application assistance do you offer?

Our team offers a free NDIS application review. One of our friendly team will set up a meeting (in person or over the phone) to review all of the documents you currently have and provide practical feedback on what you may need to be able to successfully gain NDIS funding

What disabilities does your team have experience with?

Our team has experience with a variety of disabilities including: Physical, Autism, Deafness, Psychosocial, Intellectual and High care.

What is Remote Support Coordination?

Our team of Support Coordinators has now been successfully offering this service after we discovered a need for services in regional QLD. This service is offered by Video Call and/or phone call. And we are now offering to regional WA and NSW.
