Your Way Support Solutions was founded by Penny Meldrum in 2019 in Darling Downs, QLD, in response to several NDIS participants feeling unheard and dissatisfied with local services. Together with a team of talented and like-minded individuals, she established Your Way Support Solutions with a mission to ensure participants are valued and their goals prioritised. We are all dedicated to giving NDIS participants a greater voice in setting up and receiving their NDIS supports. The team in Darling Downs is now well-established, serving the Toowoomba and Southern Downs areas.

In 2022, we expanded to Western Australia, where our rapidly growing team in Perth brings a wealth of skills and experience in the NDIS field, with a particular passion for serving the Deaf Community.
